Superlógica, Brazil's leading condominium management solution provider (holding nearly 50% market share), aimed to increase resident enrollment in a new insurance product.
To understand the reasons behind low enrollment in Superlógica's valuable insurance program, a three-phase analysis was conducted. Firstly, interviews with internal teams, particularly the Commercial team, revealed common misconceptions among residents. Secondly, an operational data review, including an analysis of follow-up call data, provided valuable insights. Finally, qualitative interviews with condominium administrators confirmed the low meeting attendance, a significant barrier to resident awareness.
Leveraging these insights, targeted initiatives were implemented, resulting in a dramatic increase in conversion rates. The average conversion rate skyrocketed from a modest 2% to an impressive 41%, effectively transforming the enrollment process into a lead generation powerhouse for future campaigns.
